Participer à l’accompagnement au quotidien des personnes concernées et contribuer à l’élaboration et la réalisation d’activités structurantes et rassurantes durant cette période très particulière.
Contribuer au maintien du lien avec les familles et les proches en aidant les personnes concernées à utiliser des outils de communication numériques ou en élaborant avec elle des communications (photos, messages vidéos…) destinés à leurs proches.
