主要职位职责

- 管理所辖的某些店铺营运区域（库存、产品部门和销售服务等）的所有日常活动，包括销售和服务、选择和培养员工、产品、时间和营运管理。
- 执行和维护产品陈列和销售区标准。
- 沟通促销活动信息，确保每次促销活动的结果最大化。
- 根据销售和顾客反馈，识别商品问题和机会。
- 在指定区域内监督、培训和培养员工。
- 协助店铺经理提供优质的消费者体验和员工体验并且实施/执行全球和区域计划，推动经营成果发展。
