Role: Senior Finance & CFO Advisory Manager
We are looking for a business-oriented finance professional who can independently manage client engagements, lead a team and work closely with business owners to improve financial performance and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple clients and oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
Develop MIS reports, dashboards, financial models and profitability analysis using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
Manage Tally, Zoho Books, ERP implementation and finance process automation.
Handle costing, working capital, GST, TDS, taxation, payroll and statutory compliance coordination.
Establish SOPs, internal controls and efficient finance processes.
Lead finance teams, review deliverables and coordinate with clients and senior management.
Required Skills & Experience
CA Inter, CMA Inter, M.Com, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, consulting or CFO advisory.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Tally, Zoho Books, MIS, taxation and payroll.
Practical experience in costing, budgeting, financial reporting and working capital management.
Exposure to ERP implementation, Power BI and team management is preferred.
Willingness to travel to client locations in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
