Youth Futsal Coach

Bucks Futsal Club is looking to expand our youth coaching team across Milton Keynes, Bedford and Buckinghamshire!
We’re passionate about developing young players, growing the game of futsal and creating a positive environment where every young person can learn, improve and thrive.
THE ROLE — WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a youth futsal coach at Bucks Futsal Club, you’ll help us to:
💛 Plan and deliver engaging sessions — create fun, challenging and age-appropriate activities that develop players’ abilities.
🎯 Develop futsal skills — coach ball mastery, dribbling, passing, receiving, finishing, defending and 1v1 situations.
🧠 Teach the game — help players understand movement, decision-making, positioning, transitions and futsal tactics.
🙌 Support player development — provide positive feedback, encourage confidence and help every player progress at their own pace.
🖤 Create a positive environment — promote teamwork, respect, discipline, inclusion and enjoyment.
💛 Support young people's wellbeing — help build a club culture where players feel valued, listened to and supported, in line with our partnership with YoungMinds.
🤝 Be part of our coaching team — work collaboratively with other coaches to deliver quality sessions and uphold the standards and values of Bucks Futsal Club.
