Engineering Manager

HiLabs is looking for a technically strong Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams and drive the development of innovative, AI-powered healthcare technology solutions.
We're looking for leaders who have grown from hands-on software development into engineering leadership and can balance deep technical expertise with effective people management.
What we're looking for:
8+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
Graduation /Masters from a Tier-1 engineering college is mandatory.
Strong experience in IT product companies.
A solid technical foundation in software design, development, and systems integration.
Experience managing and scaling engineering teams of 10+ members.
Proven capabilities in team building, mentoring, performance management, and engineering execution.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Healthcare or insurance domain experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
