About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, execution-oriented Business Operations & Strategic Finance Associate to work closely with senior leadership at a sophisticated wealth management and private-markets-focused business.
This is not a traditional operations or project management role. The ideal candidate will act as a right hand to senior leadership—taking ambiguous ideas and turning them into structured analysis, actionable plans, operating processes, and completed outcomes.
You should be comfortable moving between financial analysis, business operations, strategic projects, workflow design, stakeholder coordination, and executive-level communication.
