Prospecting Executive

About the Role
One Solution is looking for a Prospecting Executive to join us on a remote, commission-based contract. You will find and bring in new clients for One Solution, and you will be paid a commission based on the value of each client you bring in. This is a performance-driven opportunity: the more value you bring, the more you earn. Candidates who successfully bring in 3-4 clients will be offered a permanent, salaried position with the company.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients using your own research, contacts, and networks
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce One Solution’s products and services
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process
Connect qualified prospects with the One Solution team and help close the deal
Follow up consistently with prospects to build trust and convert interest into business
Keep the team informed about your progress and the status of your leads
Represent One Solution professionally in every interaction
Qualifications
Experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or marketing (strong self-starters with good communication skills are also welcome)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with outbound outreach
A strong network or the ability to build new client connections
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have their own laptop/phone, internet connection, and any tools needed for outreach
Compensation and Growth
Commission-based pay, calculated on the value of each client you bring in
No fixed salary during the contract period
One Solution does not provide equipment, software, or tools; you work with your own resources
Bring in 3-4 clients and you will be offered a full-time, salaried position
Fully remote and flexible working hours
