Location: Greater Noida West
We are currently looking for an experienced Head – HR with strong expertise in the real estate industry, proven HR leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, statutory compliance, labour laws, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall HR function across corporate offices, projects, sales teams, and site operations.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate, project, sales, and site-level positions.
Manage payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
Ensure statutory compliance, labour law compliance, audits, and contractor workforce management.
Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
Drive HR automation, digital HR systems, and process improvements.
Partner with senior management to support business objectives and workforce planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in HR or an equivalent qualification.
20–25 years of HR experience, exclusively in the Real Estate industry.
Strong knowledge of real estate HR operations, labour laws, statutory compliance, and workforce management.
Proven experience in leading HR teams across corporate offices and project sites.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Important: Candidates with Real Estate industry experience only will be considered.
Preference will be given to candidates with extensive Real Estate industry experience.
Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience required.
