Location: Bangalore / Hybrid
Target Batches: 2025 or 2026 Passouts (B.E. / B.Tech)
Eligible Branches: Computer Science (CS), Information Science (IS), Electronics & Communication (EC)
Academic Criteria: Minimum 60% aggregate or 6.0 CGPA with no active backlogs
Mandatory Condition: Fresher (0–1 year) with no prior PF or UAN account
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Engineering – 2025 or 2026 Passout
Basic understanding of software development, databases, cloud technologies, or business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Java, or other programming languages.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Awareness of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
