Sales Specialist

Mstack is a fast-growing, AI-led specialty chemicals company backed by Lightspeed and Alpha Wave, serving 200+ enterprise customers globally across Oil & Gas, Agrochemicals, CASE, Personal Care, and Food & Nutrition ingredients. We’re growing our Food & Nutrition business across India and looking for salespeople at every stage of their career, from people a year or two into B2B sales to senior leaders who can build and run a region.
What you’ll do
Find and win new customers among food, beverage, dairy, bakery, confectionery, nutraceutical and health supplement manufacturers.
Grow existing accounts by understanding what each customer needs in formulation, sourcing and supply.
Work with our category, procurement and R&D teams to put together the right ingredient solution for each customer.
Own your pipeline end to end: prospecting, sampling, pricing, negotiation, closing and repeat business.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activity and new opportunities in your territory.
Who we’re looking for
B2B sales experience in food ingredients, nutrition ingredients, nutraceuticals or specialty chemicals. We’re hiring at every level, from early-career to senior and regional leadership roles.
Existing relationships with R&D, purchase or technical teams at F&B or nutraceutical companies are a strong plus.
Familiarity with ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, hydrocolloids, sweeteners or functional ingredients.
A science background (Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotech, Pharma) is preferred. Strong commercial ability matters just as much.
Self-driven, target-focused and comfortable working with a lot of independence.
