Customer Service Rep & Dispatcher — HVAC & Plumbing (Remote, Full-Time, Bilingual)
Cool Air Experts Air Conditioning & Plumbing is a growing, owner-operated air conditioning and plumbing company in South Florida. We're hiring our first Customer Service Rep & Dispatcher: the first voice our customers hear and the person who keeps our technician's day running.
What you'll do
Answer every inbound call and text for the business
Book service calls, tune-ups and plumbing visits in Jobber, following clear written rules
Call new Facebook leads within 5 minutes and follow up until they book
Coordinate same-day calls with the technician by text
Keep customer records, notes and lead sources accurate in Jobber and GoHighLevel
What we're looking for
Fluent, clear English (spoken and written) and native Spanish
1+ year of phone-based customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
Home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing) is a big plus. Not required; we train you.
Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or similar) is a plus
A quiet, dedicated workspace, a headset, a reliable laptop, internet of 50+ Mbps and a backup connection
Available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Eastern Time, dedicated to us during those hours (no other phone or support jobs during your shift)
What we offer
$1,000-$1,300 USD per month, full-time, paid monthly.
