What you'll be doing
Supporting the planning and delivery of in-person, hybrid and virtual colleague events, guided by Events Managers.
Coordinating event administration and logistics, including schedules, meetings, attendee information, action tracking and delivery documents.

Bringing together attendance, engagement, feedback and delivery information to support event and channel measurement.
Contributing practical ideas that improve the colleague experience, simplify delivery and make effective use of technology.
Maintaining strong working relationships across Group Corporate Affairs and the wider business.
Supporting team planning and agile ways of working, including meetings, stand-ups, action tracking and retrospectives.

Proactive, diligent and comfortable taking ownership for clearly defined pieces of work.
A clear communicator who works well with colleagues, collaborators and delivery partners, and advances issues at the right time.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, with an interest in event technology and internal communication channels.
AI literacy, with a curious mindset and experience of using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and creativity.
Comfortable maintaining trackers, coordinating information and keeping plans and documentation accurate.
Calm under pressure and able to adapt to changing priorities and live delivery environments.
A user-first mindset, with consideration for accessibility, inclusion and the end-to-end colleague experience.
Curious and willing to suggest practical improvements to event and channel delivery.
Open to change, learning and continuous improvement.
Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
