What You’ll Own
We are looking for a City AM – Insights who will act as the city’s insight engine — ensuring disciplined execution, sharp RCA, strong supply pulse, and consistent team performance, while maintaining high quality and audit standards.
What You’ll Do
Execution & Calendar Discipline
Own and drive adherence to the Category X activity calendar
Ensure timely completion of rituals, sampling, and RCAs
Insights & Root Cause Analysis
Identify deviations in key metrics and lead deep RCAs
Translate data and market signals into clear, actionable insights
Partner with central teams on structured problem solving
Supply Pulse (VoP / VoC)
Own the city-level Voice of Partner and Voice of Customer
Surface recurring issues, risks, and opportunities with clear POVs
Team Performance Management
Drive team efficiency and productivity
Track incentive eligibility and publish weekly performance reports
Team Experience & Stability
Ensure role clarity, goal alignment, and smooth transition into new structures
Regularly track team pulse and address friction points early
Quality & Audit Excellence
Own audits, scoring, and follow-through
Ensure strong process discipline and quality benchmarks

Educational Qualifications
B.Tech (Any domain) / B.Sc (Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics) / B.E and/or Master's degree in any domain (Business Management / Operations / Computer Science / Arts, etc.)
