Customer Operations Manager

At Streem Energy, we help renewable energy producers make better use of their data. As a Customer Operations Manager, you’ll help our clients get the most from our services: keeping their data reliable, tailoring our tools to their needs, and finding practical solutions when problems arise.
You’ll work closely with clients, our Product and Tech teams, and other external stakeholders. You’ll also help us use AI tools to make our work more efficient: automating repetitive tasks, speeding up investigations and giving the team more time to focus on solving meaningful customer problems. You don’t need to be an AI specialist. We’re looking for someone who is curious about new tools and keen to find useful ways to apply them.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. You’ll help Streem grow in new markets and renewable energy sectors, while adapting as our product, tools and clients’ needs evolve.
What you’ll do:
Support clients throughout their journey with Streem, from deployment to day-to-day us (eg: help them adapt their contracts following regulation changes)
Investigate customer issues and find clear, practical solutions, using automation and AI tools where they can help (eg help invoice dispute management with comparison tools between Streem & the offtaker)
Monitor data quality, identify anomalies and work with the Tech and Product teams to resolve issues
Configure and improve Streem’s data models and services to meet each client’s needs.
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as meter operators, grid operators and energy suppliers.
Build a strong understanding of each client’s objectives, processes and key performance indicators.
Share customer feedback and recurring needs with our Product and Tech teams to help improve the service.
Help clients adopt new features and make the most of Streem’s solutions.
Look for ways to improve our own operations, including by testing and adopting AI-powered tools.
We’re open to different backgrounds. You could be an engineer or have some experience in renewable energy, a startup, consulting, SaaS, data analysis or customer operations. You don’t need to have worked in all of these areas, and your experience doesn’t need to be long.

An interest in renewable energy and the energy transition.
Experience in renewable energy, a startup or consulting is a plus. So is experience with data collection or analysis tools, but curiosity and a willingness to learn matter just as much.
