Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AQA SDET with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in Automation Testing, Test Framework Architecture, CI/CD implementation, and Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, actively involved in coding and automation development, and capable of driving enterprise-wide test automation initiatives. The candidate should possess deep expertise in framework development, test automation strategy, API testing, DevOps integration, and emerging AI-driven testing practices. Experience with Agentic AI concepts and AI-assisted quality engineering is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and architect scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
• Lead automation strategy across multiple products and applications.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions for Web, API, Microservices, and Cloud-based applications.
• Build reusable automation components and libraries.
• Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Drive automation adoption and improve test coverage across projects.
• Perform code reviews and mentor QA engineers and SDETs.
• Evaluate and implement AI-based testing solutions and automation accelerators. • Contribute to quality engineering best practices and process improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for an SDET who is excellent in coding, strong in SQL, and highly proficient in API automation. Candidates should have a developer mindset rather than relying only on manual testing or basic automation scripting.
Mandatory: Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Java), excellent SQL, and hands-on API automation experience.
