Pharmacist Informatics Analyst- Medication Build

For our client, we are seeking a Pharmacist Informatics Analyst- Medication Build to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.
This role will support the design, build, and optimization of medication-related EHR functionality to improve safety, efficiency, and clinical workflow. The analyst will partner closely with providers, leadership, and cross-functional operational teams to translate clinical needs into system requirements and actionable solutions. The position also focuses on data-driven performance improvement, automated clinical rules, and regulatory compliance in a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $122,320 – $183,480 annually
Responsibilities
Leverage clinical and informatics expertise to support medication electronic health records
Develop informatics plans and systems to improve medication safety
Design and implement electronic health record builds for clinical practice
Consult with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems
Support informatics solutions for operational improvements
Create data analytics for performance improvement
Develop automated clinical rules for patient care
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Epic Willow certified
Experience with medication records and automated dispensing systems
Ability to translate clinical decisions into system requirements
Facilitate cross-functional decision-making
Proactive risk identification and communication
Ability to work independently while collaborating with peers
