Director, Partner Solutions Engineering - Data & AI Security

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Partner Solutions Engineering - Data & AI Security to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will shape the global technical partner function supporting data and AI security solutions, with a strong emphasis on partner enablement, presales excellence, and scalable execution.
The director will align technical partner strategy with leadership priorities while building the standards, programs, and team structure needed to drive adoption and revenue.
This position also partners cross-functionally to strengthen reporting, consistency, and certification efforts across the partner ecosystem.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $244,000 – $453,100 annually
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a global team of Partner Solutions Engineers
Recruit and grow top technical talent with clear career paths
Establish consistent standards for technical engagement and reporting
Define the global technical partner strategy in alignment with leadership
Drive technical enablement and certification programs for partners
Qualifications
10+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise technology
Experience leading global teams in a matrixed organization
Proven track record in building technical partner programs that drive adoption and revenue
Hands-on expertise in technical discovery, solution design, and presales support
Deep knowledge in cybersecurity, data governance, and AI security
