Senior Interior Design And Project Execution Coordinator

We’re Hiring | Interior Design & Project Execution Coordinator
Trois Architects & Designers is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Design & Project Execution Coordinator to join our team.
The role involves both design coordination and on-site execution, with responsibilities including:
Assisting with design concepts, space planning, material selections, and presentations.
Preparing 2D drawings, 3D models, and renders.
Coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Conducting site visits and supervising execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensuring attention to detail in materials, finishes, proportions, detailing, and workmanship.
Coordinating material selections, samples, furniture, fixtures, and hardware.
Identifying and resolving site discrepancies and execution issues.
Assisting with BOQs, cost estimates, procurement, and project documentation.
What we’re looking for:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in interior design and/or site supervision.
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, detailing, and interior execution.
Strong understanding of working drawings and site coordination.
Excellent eye for detail and design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant software.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
