📢 We’re Hiring | Team Leader – US Payroll
📍 Location: Thane West, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 5–8 Years
🕒 Shift: US Shift
CTC Budget: 7 LPA depends on interview
⏳ Joining: Immediate Joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred
Requirements:
🔹 Independently manage end-to-end bi-weekly US payroll using ADP Workforce Now (mandatory).
🔹 Handle payroll reconciliations, off-cycle payments, retro pay, tax notices, adjustments, and year-end activities.
🔹 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage, tax, and labour regulations.
🔹 Manage client communication with the VP of Operations, district managers, and store managers.
🔹 Handle employee onboarding, Form I-9 verification, offboarding, final pay, and unemployment claims.
🔹 Administer benefits, including COBRA, ACA, ERISA compliance, enrolments, and annual reporting.
🔹 Manage multi-location US sales tax calculations, filings, and remittances
🔹 Develop SOPs, payroll calendars, checklists, and controls; guide junior team members and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing.
🎯 Ideal Candidate: A hands-on US Payroll professional with strong ADP Workforce Now expertise, independent client-handling skills, knowledge of US payroll and benefits compliance, and team leadership capabilities.
