Global Procurement Manager - IT Procurement and Services
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement global procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships to optimize the procurement process.
Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
Analyze and assess supplier capabilities, risks, and market trends to make informed procurement decisions.
Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on procurement performance.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in IT procurement and warehouse services.
Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in global procurement, specifically in IT procurement.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, ethical practices, and industry trends.
Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment.
Proficient in procurement software and tools.
