Full Stack Software Engineer - Secret

For our client, we are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - Secret to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
This role will focus on building and supporting full-stack applications that enable mission requirements in a highly secure environment. The engineer will work across the UI, backend, and deployment layers to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to translate needs into functional capabilities and dependable release outcomes.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $103,500 – $181,100 annually
Responsibilities
Design and develop full-stack software applications based on mission requirements.
Build responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
Translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications.
Develop scalable backend services with Java and Node.js.
Implement RESTful APIs and web services.
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy with Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency developing production software using React and JavaScript technologies.
Experience in backend development with Java, Node.js, or both.
Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
