Enterprise Solutions Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will shape enterprise architecture strategy for a complex healthcare technology environment, with a strong emphasis on CRM platforms and related integrations. The selected candidate will help evaluate solution fit, establish governance, and ensure designs support secure, scalable, and high-quality delivery across global stakeholders. This position also partners closely with implementation teams, integration architects, and business leaders to translate requirements into actionable architecture guidance.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $172,690 – $237,446 annually
Responsibilities
Evaluate enterprise application technologies and assess their architectural fit, with a focus on CRM and related platform capabilities.
Establish and lead architecture governance, including technical decision forums and design standards.
Review and approve critical technical designs and integration patterns before implementation.
Translate business requirements into solution designs and implementation-ready architecture deliverables.
Guide secure platform design, addressing user access and regulatory compliance.
Define integration approaches and align API strategies with integration architects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM data models and platform roadmaps.
Drive engineering quality expectations for delivery, including testing practices and documentation.
Communicate architecture recommendations and risks to stakeholders in clear terms.
Support platform stabilization by advising on complex production issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
8–10 years of experience in Salesforce technical architecture or enterprise application design.
Strong technical expertise in Salesforce core capabilities such as Sales Cloud and Lightning Web Components.
Proven experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
Solid understanding of CRM data models and large data volume strategies.
Experience with Salesforce delivery lifecycle practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
Demonstrated ability to lead global implementation partners and validate solution quality.
