Sr. Machine Learning Engineer (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will focus on advancing machine learning capabilities that support research, scalable data workflows, and customer-facing applications. The position will partner closely with engineering and research teams to bring AI-driven solutions into production. A strong emphasis will be placed on building reliable systems, improving model training workflows, and helping the organization translate technical innovation into business impact.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $140,000 – $215,000 annually
Responsibilities
Innovate with cutting-edge machine learning technology
Support rapid development for research teams
Implement high-quality, scalable customer-facing applications
Analyze systems for vulnerabilities and gaps
Build and maintain data pipelines for custom model training
Collaborate across teams to define and create solutions

Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in data engineering and architecture
Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and computational architectures
Experience with scalable and distributed systems
Strong grasp of engineering best practices
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and iterative programming environment
Experience using AI technologies to improve business outcomes
