Role Description This is a full-time remote role that combines responsibilities across positions such as Architect, Civil Engineer, Valuation Surveyor, Business Development Manager, Valuation Report Drafter/Draughtsman, Interior Designer, CAD Operator, Site Surveyor, and Site Supervisor, depending on experience and assignment. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing architectural and civil design drawings, developing valuation reports, conducting remote site data analysis, and coordinating project documentation using CAD and related tools. Team members may support project planning, liaise with clients and stakeholders, contribute to business development activities, and assist in budgeting and resource planning. Responsibilities can also include reviewing designs for compliance with relevant standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that project deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications
Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with the ability to produce and review design drawings and concepts.
Software Development and Integration skills relevant to design, drafting, or project coordination tools and workflows.
Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and documentation for multi-disciplinary projects.
Proficiency in CAD and other design software, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
Background in architecture, civil engineering, interior design, or related field; professional certifications or licenses are an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, and valuation skills for preparing reports and assessments.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely and manage client interactions.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to diverse project requirements and responsibilities.
