Role Description The SAP SF LMS Consultant will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) to support client learning and development strategies. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing LMS solutions aligned with organizational processes, managing master data within the learning module, and coordinating integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing consulting support to stakeholders, troubleshooting LMS issues, and preparing documentation and training materials. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring close coordination with project teams and client representatives to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of LMS solutions.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs, evaluate LMS performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
Consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly LMS, including stakeholder engagement and solution design.
Understanding of business processes related to learning, talent management, and HR operations within enterprise environments.
Experience managing master data in SAP SF LMS or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy, governance, and alignment with organizational structures.
Knowledge of system integration concepts and practices, including integrating SAP SF LMS with other SAP modules and third-party tools.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS configuration, administration, and reporting is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, client-facing environments.
Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on implementation and support activities.
