The IT Executive manages the schools day-to-day IT operations, Microsoft 365 administration, Power Platform automation, hardware/software troubleshooting, help desk support, and maintenance/development of the school's WordPress website, in an online-school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain workflow automations in Power Automate; develop internal tools with Power Apps.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD) - users, permissions, licensing, security.
• Provide help desk/service desk support: log, triage and resolve tickets within SLA.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues for staff, teachers and learners.
• Support onboarding/oftboarding, IT asset tracking, and basic data backup/security practices.
• Maintain the schools WordPress website - content, plugins, security, performance, backups.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., MS-900, PL-900, MD-102)
• 2+ years of relevant IT support/administration experience
Preferred if you have:
• Basic networking & cybersecurity awareness (MFA, phishing, endpoints)
• LMS experience (e.g., Moodle)
• Power BI, SharePoint site design, SQL Database
• Awareness of student data privacy/compliance requirements
