Team Leader Design engineering

Aeronics Emaroh LLP is a world class PMA designer, contract manufacturer and MRO facility for the commercial aviation industry, located in Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru. We are looking for a Team Leader Design Engineer, Mechanical for commercial aircraft and engine components mechanical and electo-mechnical parts for the Aerospace Industry. Aeronics is an AS9100 certified company with all business from US customers. This position with a team of 4 members will be fully dedicated provide services from Aeronics to a US PMA company.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of 3 employees to provide excellent service
Perform reverse engineering to the requirements of Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Product Manufacturing Approval (PMA).
Design parts in SolidWorks to deliver drawings, IGES files, etc.
Perform drawing updates and digitization of existing designs
Disassemble parts and take dimensions.
Perform tolerance analysis and stack up
Prepare PMA packages with drawings, justification for materials and dimensions to FAA requirements
Prepare reports to track performance
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a good institution
Ten to fifteen years of experience designing products in SolidWorks
Minimum 3 years experience in supervising a team
Must be an expert in SolidWorks
Good analytical skills and ability to write technical justifications.
Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
