Whizz HR is hiring a Senior Interior Designer with strong Revit expertise for a leading Architectural Engineering & Consulting Firm in the Srilanka
💼 Position: Interior Designer
🏗️ Experience: 5–10+ Years
💻 Revit: Mandatory
🏢 High-Rise Experience: Mandatory
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead interior design projects from concept through execution
• Develop concepts, space planning, mood boards & material palettes
• Prepare detailed Revit models and construction drawings
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, RCPs & joinery details
• Coordinate Revit models with architectural, structural and MEP teams
• Prepare construction documentation, FF&E schedules, BOQs & specifications
• Review shop drawings, materials and technical submissions
• Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Lead and mentor junior/intermediate designers
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
✔ 5–10+ years of interior design experience
✔ Strong Revit expertise – Mandatory
✔ High-rise project experience – Mandatory
✔ Strong knowledge of interior detailing, materials, finishes & joinery
✔ Strong technical drawing and documentation skills
✔ Experience in residential, hospitality, commercial, retail or mixed-use projects
✔ Strong portfolio with concept, Revit and technical design work
💻 SOFTWARE
Revit | AutoCAD | SketchUp | 3ds Max | Enscape/V-Ray | Adobe Creative Suite | MS Office
