Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required
Four (4) or more years of experience with Classical Conversations programs
Three (3) or more years of higher education enrollment and administration experience
Experience with student information systems (e.g., Jenzabar), learning management systems, and digital registration workflows

You’ll Achieve
Seamless CE Registration: Complete all CE registrations, enrollment changes, and student record updates ahead of each term’s partner university deadlines, in full compliance with accreditation requirements.
Reliable Family Support: Respond to CE family inquiries within one business day and resolve escalated tier 3 issues within five, building trust through consistency.
Clean Billing Cycles: Resolve declined payments and billing errors, and issue approved refunds, within the cycle in which they occur.
Thorough Assessor Onboarding: Complete onboarding for every new assessor — contract, background check, and system access — before their first term begins.
Dependable Reporting: Deliver the weekly CE operations report and monthly CE performance report on schedule, keeping the operations dashboard current and accessible to leadership.
Strong Partner Relationships: Maintain steady operational relationships with collaborator universities, ensuring consistent processes as the consortium grows.
Smooth Systems Integration: Own the Bookstore-to-Jenzabar pairing and resolve integration issues across Shopify, the bookstore, and cross-team workflows.
Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate operational issues, resolve them before they escalate, and keep the Director of CC Plus informed.
Why You’ll Excel In This Role
Ownership With Structure: You’ll own the full CE operational lifecycle, working within clear systems and procedures that reward precision and follow-through.
Mastery of Complex Systems: You’ll build deep, specialized expertise across registration, billing, and partner systems — the kind of mastery that comes with time and attention to detail.
Independent, Trusted Work: With minimal supervision, you’ll be trusted to deliver accurate, high-quality work on your own terms and timeline.
Quiet, Steady Impact: This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in getting the details right rather than being in the spotlight.
Consistent Rhythm: Predictable term deadlines and established processes let you build a reliable rhythm of excellence, cycle after cycle.
Recognition for Reliability: Your consistency and accuracy become the foundation the entire CE program depends on.
Remote Flexibility: Do this meaningful work from wherever you call home, with only occasional in-person touchpoints.
Purposeful Impact: Every registration, report, and resolved issue you deliver helps high school students access classical Christian higher education — your careful, consistent work directly supports families pursuing CC’s mission.
