Shift: Weekend
Hours: 5:00 am to 5:30pm
Pay: $23.00 + Shift Premium

As a Fitter Welder, you’ll play a key role in the fabrication and welding of components that power our innovative solutions. What You’ll Do
As a Fitter Welder, you will:
Apply your MIG welding experience to fabricate and assemble high-quality products.
Operate advanced welding tools such as the Miller Aluma Pro MIG gun, GMAW, and plasma cutting equipment.
Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure precision and quality.
Perform technical inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
Support continuous improvement through participation in 5S, Kaizen events, and training programs.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of MIG welding experience (Alloy and Steel).
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certifications.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and AutoCAD drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Welding technical school certification.
Experience with TIG welding and routine maintenance.
1+ years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with GMAW processes and metalworking machinery.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
