Research And Development Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and innovative R&D professional with strong expertise in ESS (Energy Storage Systems) and BSS (Battery Storage Systems). The candidate will be responsible for research, product development, system design, engineering, innovation, testing, and commercialization of new and improved products.
The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, product development experience, design capabilities, problem-solving skills, and innovation mindset to develop reliable, cost-effective, and market-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and contribute to R&D, product development, and engineering projects from concept to commercialization.
· Design and develop new products and solutions related to ESS, BSS, energy storage, battery systems, and associated technologies.
· Conduct research and identify emerging technologies, market requirements, and opportunities for product innovation.
· Develop new product concepts, prototypes, engineering designs, and technical specifications.
· Improve existing products through design optimization, performance enhancement, cost reduction, and reliability improvement.
· Work on battery systems, energy storage solutions, BMS, power electronics, control systems, and system integration, as applicable.
· Plan and execute prototype development, testing, validation, and qualification.
· Identify technical issues and implement effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Handle electrical R&D activities related to lithium-ion batteries, ESS battery systems, and inverters.
