Job Description – Sourcing & Closing Manager
Company: ANAROCK
Business: Residential Sales – Mandate Business
Location: South Bombay (SOBO)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Sourcing & Closing Manager with real estate experience and a strong network in South Bombay to drive residential property sourcing and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Source CP's & clients for premium and luxury residential properties across South Bombay.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers & developers.
Identify new projects and mandate opportunities.
Manage client negotiations and drive successful property closures.
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sourcing and sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing.
Strong knowledge of the South Bombay real estate market.
Existing channel partner network and luxury real estate exposure preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
