Role Description The Senior Associate will work on a contract basis in a remote capacity, supporting HPIPL’s parking infrastructure projects and smart space initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, assisting in project planning and documentation, and supporting implementation of technology-driven parking solutions. The Senior Associate will analyze data and reports, help optimize operational processes, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The role also involves contributing to client communication, preparing presentations or proposals, and maintaining accurate records related to ongoing projects and service delivery.
Qualifications
Project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify process improvements, and support decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and client-facing interactions.
Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms; ability to work independently in a remote, contract setting.
Understanding of infrastructure, engineering, or technology-driven solutions (parking systems or smart city projects is an advantage).
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in operations, consulting, or project management within infrastructure, urban mobility, or related sectors is preferred.
Demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to quality, and interest in sustainability and innovation.
