Managing Director

Role Description The Managing Director role is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, governance, and operational performance of PECHS Education Foundation Government Science Degree College. Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing institutional strategies, monitoring academic and administrative initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the college’s mission and vision. The Managing Director will collaborate with academic leadership, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to support program quality, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance. This role also involves leading key decision-making processes, guiding fundraising and partnership efforts, and preparing reports and recommendations for the foundation’s board or governing body.

A graduate or advanced degree in education, management, public administration, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and use digital collaboration and reporting tools effectively.
