OFS FP&A Manager

For our client, we are seeking a OFS FP&A Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will support finance and operational planning for a global services organization, with responsibility for translating execution into clear financial insight. The position will partner closely with operations and FP&A teams to strengthen reporting, pacing, and monthly close processes. It will also help establish operating standards and improve visibility into performance and cost trends.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $107,600 – $179,400 annually
Responsibilities
Serve as the functional owner for the field services ITR tool and manage system enhancements
Lead the design and implementation of global operating standards for field services fulfillments
Support services planning, pacing, monthly close, and reporting cycles to ensure financial accuracy
Partner with Global Services FP&A and Operations to connect operational output with financial results
Use data analytics to monitor performance and improve cost visibility
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of financial work experience in a global business environment
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize under pressure
Proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
Proactive approach to driving results in a fast-paced environment
Operational mindset with strong business acumen and interest in finance
