🚀 **We’re Hiring | Windows Administrator – VMware vSphere**
Looking for experienced professionals to lead enterprise infrastructure upgrades and migration projects!
🔹 **Experience:** 6+ Years
🔹 **Location:** Remote
🔹 **Key Skills:** Windows Server Administration, VMware vSphere/ESXi, Active Directory, Group Policy & PowerShell
🔹 **Required Expertise:**
- Windows Server upgrades and side-by-side migrations
- VMware virtualization and infrastructure optimization
- RDS & Gateway Brokers migration
- PKI / AD CS (2-tier Certificate Server architecture)
- File Servers, DFS, NTFS permissions, Print Servers & SSRS migration
- Patching, performance optimization, and minimal-downtime cutovers
💡 **Ideal Candidate:** A hands-on professional with strong troubleshooting, automation, and end-to-end migration experience.
