Food & Beverage Supervisor | Wonderla Kochi

About the Role
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations at Wonderla Kochi. The role will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining service and food safety standards, managing the F&B team, and supporting revenue and cost-control objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive achievement of restaurant revenue and sales targets through effective planning and initiatives.
Develop initiatives to attract walk-in guests and increase F&B sales.
Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor F&B costs, inventory, raw material consumption and stock levels.
Oversee dining area operations, staff deployment and overall service efficiency.
Ensure high standards of service quality, staff grooming, cleanliness and restaurant presentation.
Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with Kitchen, Stores, Finance and other departments.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standards.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field.
Relevant experience in F&B / Restaurant Operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong communication, leadership, customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems.
Knowledge of current F&B trends, service standards and industry best practices.
