Role Description The IOS and Android Application Management Intern will work full time on-site at the Ghaziabad office, supporting the day-to-day administration and monitoring of mobile applications. Responsibilities include assisting with application configuration, updates, and performance checks, as well as coordinating with internal teams to address user issues on iOS and Android platforms. The intern will help document incidents, follow standardized procedures to resolve them, and escalate complex problems when needed. The role also involves analyzing usage patterns and basic app metrics, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining clear records of changes and support activities. This position offers hands-on experience in mobile application management within a professional consulting environment.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret application performance, user issues, and basic usage data.
Background or interest in Information Technology and familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
Ability to provide Technical Support and perform basic Troubleshooting for application-related problems.
Understanding of Business Process concepts and willingness to learn how applications support operational workflows.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps, app stores, and common device settings; exposure to app management tools is a plus.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document issues and resolutions accurately.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, collaborate
Hi! We're looking for a tech intern to look after our mobile app, विKALप (a mentoring platform).
The app is already built and fully documented, and the code is in a repo. We now need someone to keep it running and manage it:
* Handle releases and updates
* Fix bugs and small issues
* Monitor the app and keep it stable
* Follow the documentation and flag anything that needs a decision
You should know: React Native / Expo, Firebase (Firestore), Git.
This is a stipend-based internship (modest, as we're an early-stage startup), but you get real ownership of a live product and direct exposure to startup tech decisions.
