Role Description The Stock Market Specialist will work on-site in Indore in a full-time capacity, focusing on market research, technical analysis, and trading strategy development. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring equity markets, analyzing price movements and trends, preparing reports and market commentary, and supporting the design and refinement of trading strategies. The role involves executing and tracking trades as per defined strategies, evaluating performance, and suggesting data-backed improvements. The Specialist will collaborate with the research team to test hypotheses, validate signals, and help maintain a disciplined, process-driven trading framework. The position may also include sharing insights with internal stakeholders and contributing to client-facing research materials.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the Stock Market and practical experience in Trading.
Candidates should possess skills in Technical Analysis and Trading Strategies design and evaluation.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for interpreting market data and performance metrics.
Relevant experience in equity research, proprietary trading, or financial markets analysis is beneficial.
Strong quantitative aptitude, attention to detail, and proficiency with trading platforms or analytical tools are preferred.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are expected.
A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
