Senior Medical Sales Representative

As we continue to expand our team, we are recruiting Senior Medical Sales Representatives across Greece to support a new primary care engagement project.
This is a field-based role where you will work directly with General Practitioners, delivering high-quality scientific engagement that supports better clinical decision-making. Success is driven by the quality of your interactions, credibility, and engagement, rather than traditional sales targets.
What you'll be doing
You will act as a trusted partner to clinicians, combining strong relationship management with confident scientific discussion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining relationships with General Practitioners across your territory
Delivering high-quality, compliant scientific discussions
Communicating clinical data, treatment value, and appropriate use of therapies
Demonstrating a clear ability to connect drug knowledge with the wider disease landscape and patient journey
Managing daily activity, identifying new target clinicians, and maintaining consistent engagement
Organising and supporting peer-to-peer discussions and small group meetings
Capturing insights and maintaining accurate CRM reporting
What you bring
This role requires both scientific confidence and strong field execution.
You will ideally have:
Experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare engagement roles
The ability to deliver credible scientific discussions with healthcare professionals
A strong understanding of how treatments fit into real clinical practice
Knowledge of relevant disease areas such as obesity, diabetes, or cardiovascular health
Confidence interpreting and presenting clinical data
Strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills
