Job Description
We are looking for a Project Engineer – Solar EPC to oversee day-to-day site activities, monitor project progress, and manage engineering-related execution for utility-scale solar power projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site execution and engineering activities.
Monitor project progress against schedules and milestones.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
Ensure execution aligns with approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Review daily progress reports, identify delays, and resolve site-level technical issues.
Monitor material availability, manpower deployment, and equipment requirements.
Ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements.
Submit regular progress updates to management.
Requirements
B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
3–7 years of experience, preferably in utility-scale Solar EPC projects.
Strong understanding of solar project construction, engineering, and site execution.
Good coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work full-time at project sites in Maharashtra.
