🚀 We’re Hiring: Commissioning CxA Principal Engineer 🚀
📍 Location: PAN India
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
💼 Experience: 8 to 10 years in Projects / Operations / Contracts / Design of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, LV and other systems
🛠 Software Skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, MS Project
Who we’re looking for:
Someone who has worked on MEP Commissioning projects as a Commissioning Manager or Project Lead, and can deliver projects with quality, on time, and with a productive team, resulting in strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage day-to-day Testing and Commissioning activities as per project requirements
✅ Act as the point of contact for the project team across Asia, Europe and Africa
✅ Prepare, review and approve CxA documentation, including documents from contractors and support engineers, before submission to clients or authorities
✅ Assign responsibilities to supporting engineers and guide them on service delivery
✅ Track project milestones and schedules, and flag delays or critical events to clients, PM and internal teams
✅ Report project status and progress regularly to the CxA Head, CxA Manager and senior management
✅ Coordinate with consultants and contractors to deliver on quality and timelines
✅ Help develop and document project case studies
✅ Build healthy professional relationships with Architects, PMCs, MEP Designers, Cost Consultants and Contractors
✅ Motivate the team and keep an eye on new upcoming projects and business opportunities
