Financial Analyst – FP&A

he role focuses on finance data, RAG-based architectures, hallucination mitigation, and agentic AI systems deployed at scale.
You will work closely with Product, Data, and Platform teams to deliver reliable, explainable, and production-ready AI solutions.
Experience - 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
Location - Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Primary Skills - Python, Integrations,SQl, Snowflake
Secondary Skills - AWS, AIML
Responsibilities:
Strong Data Engineering experience building scalable data pipelines using Python and modern data platforms
Advanced Python skills for data processing, automation, AI/ML workflows, and pipeline development
Strong SQL and DBT expertise for data modeling, transformation, and analytics engineering
Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization
Work with finance and enterprise datasets ensuring accuracy and governance
Experience in Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures.
Technologies & Skills:
Python, SQL, DBT
Data: Snowflake, DBT, structured & unstructured data pipelines
Cloud: AWS (Code Pipeline - S3, EC2, ECS, Lambda etc)
Good to have:
Agentic AI: LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, Agent-to-Agent (A2A) patterns
LLMs: OpenAI (GPT-4/4.1), Anthropic
