The opportunity
As a Business Analyst in the LUMA Risk Management & Operations team within Change & Transformation, you will be part of a project organization working with a variety of projects related to our payment and financial services products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure successful project execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of optimising processes and systems for productivity and stakeholder satisfaction, and be able to demonstrate exceptional process analysis and solution design skills and expertise.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
Collect requirements from key stakeholders and identify business needs
Create and maintain documentation, such as requirements specifications and user stories.
Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
Develop and propose process improvements or workflow changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and end-users.
Create and present clear, concise reports to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop business solutions that align with requirements.
Test and validate proposed solutions to ensure they meet defined performance objectives and user needs.
Who Are We Looking For

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
5+ years of business analyst experience in a payment / financial services environment
Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to delivery
Excellent in writing requirements specifications and user stories
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
