Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Paisabiz Fintech India Pvt. Ltd. is an on-site position based in the Warje, Pune Division. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media creatives, product interfaces, and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-consistent layouts, designing logos and icons, selecting and applying typography, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into clear visual narratives. The role also involves preparing files for production, maintaining design libraries, and ensuring all visuals align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to create clear, engaging visual materials across formats.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
Candidates should possess skills in Typography to select and apply type that enhances readability and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and experience with digital-first design.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is beneficial.
