Through hands-on demonstrations, interactive instruction, and personalized guidance, the instructor will help students develop the technical skills and confidence needed to succeed in the electrical trades. Working alongside an education team, they will contribute to curriculum development and ensure learning materials reflect current industry practices. Previous teaching experience is not required, as training is provided for candidates with the right technical background and commitment to student success.
