Role Description The Sr. Full Stack Developer – Proficient in React Next JS will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support Liaison Bank’s internal systems and client-facing platforms. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and other developers to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions. Daily responsibilities include building responsive front-end interfaces with React and Next.js, implementing APIs and back-end services, optimizing performance across the stack, and ensuring code quality through testing and reviews. The person in this role will contribute to architecture decisions, improve existing application features, and follow best practices in documentation, version control, and deployment. Collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and ownership of end-to-end development tasks are key expectations.
Qualifications
Strong front-end development skills, including React, Next.js, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with experience building responsive, accessible user interfaces.
Proficiency in back-end web development and full-stack development, including RESTful APIs, server-side frameworks, and database integration.
Solid software development foundations, including clean coding practices, design patterns, code review, testing, and debugging.
Experience deploying and maintaining applications using modern DevOps tools and workflows (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms).
Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
Several years of experience in full-stack web development in a professional setting; prior experience in compliance, finance, or regulated industries is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
