Role Description The Junior MIS Analyst will support the design, development, and maintenance of Management Information Systems and dashboards that help PInterview monitor operations and performance. In this full-time remote role, the analyst will collect and validate data from multiple sources, generate recurring and ad hoc reports, and ensure data accuracy and consistency for business stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with systems analysis, updating and improving existing dashboards, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs. The role also involves identifying trends, highlighting key insights, and suggesting improvements in data collection and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) to support reporting and operational decision-making.
Candidates should possess experience with Dashboards and Systems Analysis to design, maintain, and enhance visual reports and data flows.
Candidates should possess proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and basic data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant internships or project experience are a plus.
