About DISHI
DISHI by Divyani is a premium Indian fashion label built on one idea: Indian Aesthetics × Global Silhouettes. We're launching our first collection of smart casual and formalwear, and we're looking for a designer who wants to shape a brand from day one. Dress to Dominate.
What you'll do
•⁠ ⁠Develop designs from sketch to sample, working directly with production
•⁠ ⁠Create packaging, lookbook and brand collaterals
•⁠ ⁠Plan and post daily content for Instagram and LinkedIn
•⁠ ⁠Work one-on-one with the founder on every design decision
You're a fit if you
•⁠ ⁠Are a design graduate or final-year student (Fashion, Textile, Communication, Graphic or Knitwear)
•⁠ ⁠Have a strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
•⁠ ⁠Work comfortably in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (Procreate a plus)
•⁠ ⁠Can start right away and enjoy the pace of an early-stage startup

•⁠ ⁠Salary: ₹25,000/month for the first 3 months (probation), with a salary hike on confirmation based on performance.
