Product Manager, Billing & Collections

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager, Billing & Collections to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will own the vision and roadmap for billing and collections capabilities that support a subscription-based customer experience. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing functions to improve payment reliability and collection outcomes. The ideal candidate will use customer insight and data-driven decision-making to shape automation, strengthen billing experiences, and drive measurable business impact.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $132,000 – $165,000 annually
Responsibilities
Own the long-term vision and roadmap for billing and collections
Build deep customer and market understanding to identify key opportunities
Partner with cross-functional teams to launch reliable billing experiences
Drive improvements in subscriptions, payments, and automation
Define product metrics and use analytics to guide decisions
Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience with complex products
Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, or related fields
Strong customer empathy and analytical skills
Effective cross-functional leader with stakeholder alignment
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence diverse teams
Hands-on experience with subscription billing, payment recovery, or AI-powered products is a plus
